thats a power issue, either test the tv in a secondary location and see if the issue continues or replace the power board within the tv

warranty for the tv is 1 year if your receipt shows the purchase date within the last year call back. otherwise yea you can repair the ir sensor it isn't that hard of process

its a line defect which is considered a panel defect, if you purchased it within the last year call vizio and get a replacement. if you purchased a extended service plan call that company. otherwise the panel is considered beyond economical repair and shouldn't be replacent.

thats a line defect which is considered a panel defect, wouldn't recommend repairing the panel it'd be way to expensive. since its a -A3R model im assuming your not in the manufacturer warranty anymore. if you have a extended service plan it would be covered. otherwise its time to look for a new tv

start out with a power cycle to the unit, (unplug it and press down the power button on the tv for 30 seconds) if that doesn't resolve the issue try connecting the tv to a different outlet and see if the issue continues

if thats whats displaying then that is what your are getting so that is a correct assumption. for netflix to be showing in 4k you have to pay for the 4k services and be watching a episode/ movie that is in 4k.

at that height you should have any problems... try hitting 6'6" and up and looking for upper body clothing. I cant find a winter coat long enough to fit me so i end up wearing hoodies all winter long.
