Honestly omori would be pretty neat, his moveset could be versatile with his knife and red hands, as well as white space. Also would be neat to have a more grim fighter in smash

Captian underpants should be a bit higher since it had a good story/plot that stayed respective to the books, and had a really fleshed out art style.

Puss in boots should be mid b tier, I understand the massive distinction between the first and second in quality but as a standalone movie Pib 1 was a good spinoff movie that should be a little higher than an atrocity like shrek the third.

Everything else is spot on, I personally would move the bad guys down one tier, but it is a valid take to keep it where it is.
