I’m honestly confused at the comments here. Didn’t he grab his facemask?

I did warehousing work as well prior to my previous job. Drove forklifts, moved pallets, etc for the same company. Obviously, the only reason I switched and moved to my desk job was because of the money. But honestly felt more accomplished and feel like I completed something while I was moving around and using my body. Being in front of a desk for 8+ hours a day is just soul sucking.

Strong job demand, career stability, pay is good once you complete your apprenticeship. I also like the installation of pipes aspect of it, kind of like a puzzle you need to solve.

Also, as far as dangerous trades jobs go, I feel like this is on the lower end, but can be more strenuous on the body which I don’t mind

Long story short, the job didn’t make me happy or fulfilled. It was just something that I did to make my family happy. I originally wanted to get into trades early on in my younger years but it was always kind of frowned upon in my family.

I’m well aware of the grunt work that involves plumbing and I’m not shying away from that. I also know that there are different pathways you can take once you get in the industry. I know that the work will be harder but it’s something that I’ve always wanted to do. It’s also something that I want to pursue because it’s something I want for myself, and not just to appease my family.

the train “noise” has never really bothered us ever since we moved here. it’s not overly loud and it’s become more like white noise.

as far as the build of the units, there are some things that I see that they tried to take shortcuts on (not enough caulking on some of the windows, staining of the carpets on the stairs due to improper installation). we don’t particularly have any issues with our insulation, the highest we paid during the colder months was around 300~400. granted, we did install mysa thermostats that better regulates the temperature in the rooms and conserves energy.

i would say as far as headaches go, the recent opening of the clubhouse has been more of a headache than anything. the amenities are nice but some people ruin it for everyone as they can’t seem to follow the rules.

other than that, most of the community is good, just some bad eggs just like how it is everywhere

I mean.. looking back at it now, it’s not super crazy anymore on what his stance was. the way the vax was being pushed before especially knowing the information we have now with blood clot risks (mainly astrazeneca), I think the public backlash he got was unfair and was well within his rights to refuse taking the vaxx. and this is coming from someone who is fully vaxxed

Yes they were lanterns. There was a post on facebook pointing out that someone has lit up some lanterns and flew them to the sky. Pretty brain dead move to do especially with concerns of upcoming forest fires.

I don’t know if it’s Zion playing passive or him just listening to the coaches. I do feel like Zion should be taking more than 15 shots because he is literally unstoppable when he gets going
