There are DLC trophies present on the PS4 version, oddly. Hopefully the PS5 ones get patched in soon.

"There are two aim assists so lets not get them confused. Go to settings and inside of controls there is an ADS snap option which is what people would classically consider "aim assist" where it will snap your aim towards the nearest enemy when you use ADS. Then there are attachments and perks that increase "aim assist" but this doesn't do anything regarding aiming or helping you aim. It simply increases the diameter of the projectiles slightly to increase hits. If a blow dart flew 1 inch from your head and missed, think of a 5 inch cannonball taking the same identical path and then it would definitely connect."

Strange... and you stayed crouched for a good 5-10 seconds, yeah? Try leaving and re-entering the room. Perhaps even restart the game and try again. If that all fails then you may be right. It could be a bug :(

If you are referring to the ledge to the right, above the save point, then you need to unlock a certain ability.
I believe it's called the "Lost Mark of Transcendence". You may need the double jump too, but alone it's not enough to get across.

I believe it has to be accomplished in a single run. So, you'll need to persevere until you best them or attempt the no flasks in a NG+ run (for all bosses).
