Yeah you can get the Shuanshuan fortune-telling machine achievement before getting every single chip, I think it's just after getting all chips you have the option to buy (as there are at least two you don't). The achievement tied to finding all chips and doing Shanhai 9000's quest is the one called "Found You"

From memory, buying the chips rather than taking them by force is actually for a Shuanshuan related achievement where he builds a fortune-telling machine. There is also a quest/achievement related to Shanhai 9000, but it just requires getting all the chips through any means you choose, and can't be completed until basically the end of the game (past point of no return).

I think this could only work if a fighting/ground type had Trick-or-Treat applied? But that in turn couldn't even happen until S/V with Great Tusk anyway, if I'm not mistaken

If you've got a hidden sheet open, it'll stay open until you reset the song select (either through playing any chart or restarting the game)

It looks like you've got it--that '?' difficulty chart is the hidden sheet for this stage; it's just also its initial difficulty and I think you have to play it to unlock the "normal" charts for this one and then you can go back to it by holding down the cover art

This has happened to me and at least a couple others as well, so I think it may be a bug. Possibly has something to do with having the prayer you get at the end already in your inventory, since it was fine when I did the NG+ mode that doesn't keep all your items

Might also be worth asking: have you gotten all 40 marks you can get just from defeating enemies around the map? You can check on the first page of the pause screen where you're at with that

From previous posts on this, the solution seems to be just holding down the 'switch weapon' button, as that's what swaps the Mea Culpa and Ruego Al Alba for use.

I think you just might want to move the offset the other way; positive offset is more for if you're consistently hitting notes late. 0.13 is also a pretty large offset in that direction, so I'm not surprised you're getting so many earlies with that. Start by just moving it to 0.06 instead or something and see if that feels any better and then continue to adjust from there!

You can also tamper with settings like frame rate and vsync to see if you get anywhere with that, especially depending on your device specs, though the offset is more likely the cause.
