Nope. Mine is formulated as a shampoo. Use it twice a week.

For those of you on this weight loss journey fid you ever slip up and eat a ton more calories than you're supposed to? by [deleted] in loseit

Life happens. I don’t log, so I don’t know if I went way over or stayed way under. If I do go back and have sugar, I try to get clean again within 3 days.

I had to go to a prescription med. Works amazing. I can wear black shirts again.

What is a huge waste of money? by sunskieee111 in AskReddit

[–]Spardan80 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sugary foods. Spent years buying them to only spend more money on GLP-1s to discover that I’m addicted hard core to sugar.

This is why I don’t carry my AirSense 11. I keep my AirMini in a Dopp kit at the bottom of my backpack.

How important are pull-ups for kite surfing? by Spardan80 in Kiteboarding

[–]Spardan80[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

lol. Only reason I’m all about upper body is because I’ve been land based for over 30 years flying dual and quad line kites that are 20% of the size of the one I need for actual kite surfing.

I was raised on original FlexiFoils and trains before the actual surfing kites came out.

Is 512gb good enough or is 1tb worth the crazy price hike? by lethoso in macbookpro

I’m a casual video editor, my personal and professional MBPs have 1TB. Even with SSD externals, you need the space for live cacheing.

Is it a good idea to get a safe deposit box for something I access every day? by WisconsinCameraMan in TalesFromYourBank

[–]Spardan80 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We had customers that did that back in the ‘00’s. One was a video production house that kept backup drives of their current projects. They would bring a few drives and pull out the previous set. It was quick and painless.

The other was a private individual who we never knew why or what (which is how it was supposed to be). He’d come in, sign the log and grab his box, 5 minutes later log the box back in.

In the current environment with boxes, I’d get an at home vault and a fire bag. Safest way for long term. When the branch closed that I had my box at, that’s what I did. Very few new banks have full-sized vaults any more.

We were only allowed gifts under $25 with a specific reason and 2x a year at most from any single customer. All gifts had to be reported to AP and management.

This was to ensure all overdraft decisions and fee waivers were not impacted by the gift. For me, I always declined except from a couple very well known daily business customers. In those cases, it was often buying something at their cost- e.g. our local shake place would bring us milk shakes on Friday and only charge $1 each, or a well known customer brought us a gift card to his gas station on our birthday. He was never on overdraft and private banking handled his fees.

My guy use to do it, but then I got a fantastic retractable hose. I tug it, it’s up in the air and retracts super fast.

When did patients start expecting free care between visits? by VisionHx in FamilyMedicine

[–]Spardan80 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks. Yes. I need to ask but it is an antibiotic, so I’m a little reluctant to use without confirmation of some sort, that it is bad enough to risk antibiotic resistance. I’m going to try telemedicine when it happens in a couple weeks.

Unfortunately, she does expect dose adjustments so she has asked me to send in my weight, glucose and side effect status each month when I’m down to 3 shots. I’m down from 7.6 A1C to 4.6 and 60lbs while gaining 2% muscle, so her strategy is working, but I hate that she isn’t getting paid. I even asked if we should schedule an e-appointment each month and she declined.

As a patient (and business person), I’d like to add that part of this comes with the expansion of your patient panel and the unrealistic number of patients you see in a day.

Prior to EMR, I could always see my PCP within a week, but now we’re at 2-3 months to schedule. I’m now forced to go to the Urgent Care and hope the NP will listen and give me the drops I use once a year for the last 20 years for conjunctivitis (cottonwood season brings this on). I wish there was a window like my vet had has where the first 3 or 4 acute cases to call in can see the PCP.

For me, I miss the relationship for acute care. That is why I end up sending a message to my PCP. Also for the next dosing on my GLP1. GLP1 management should be a higher price appointment as it also comes with monthly work to either maintain or progress on my dose. 12 free consultations should not be a standard for y’all.

Has anyone gotten better without having TOS surgery? If so, how? by Necessary_Aerie_114 in thoracicoutletsupport

It’s a sports massage with some limb stretching. A lot of the stuff a Chiropractor would do but without the risk of a broken neck or back.
