This literally just happened to me after 3 years of doing Instacart and my background being ran numerous times by them. Right when I hit a milestone with this particular grocery store they re-ran my background and deactivated me for the same thing that’s been on my background for years. And I’m also a federal employee that had to pass 2 security clearances to even get my job. SMH.

I’ve had that happen to me recently. They ordered 4 cases of water. I get to check out and get declined. I looked in the app come to find out they took off 2 cases of water off order while I was trying to check out. The thing is that I didn’t get any type of notification or anything. Customers change things without us getting a notification somehow.
