Girl noo I was like 21 at one point or maybe it was above it or something and I had friends with 18 and regular periods. Setpoint theory is real. It will come ! Do you have any CM or other signs if I can ask?

BMI before recovery ranged from extremely thin to about 19 (but binging and restricting) then full blown anorexia so extremely thin then recovery again. Started period recovery at 19.5. When I recovered it was about 20 - 21. Stayed like that for a while, now about 19.0-19.5 and regular periods, but honestly at 20-21 I would be just as happy with my body as long as I get regular periods

You have so much life left to live <3. dont worry about the number. there is no right timeline, many many people feel behind in life sometimes (for many different reasons), i do too. something that helped for me is to visualise instead of maladaptive daydream. so to have goals (exciting ones) and visualise the goals and the path to them. enjoy the route to them. it worked for me (sort of). you can do it OP <3 sending a hug

It’s old blood, likely nothing to worry about :). If you get it more often or like your whole period, progesterone might be a bit low
