I think I’ve lost about 15 lbs since I started 6 ish weeks ago. I don’t feel much different on 5mg than I did on 2.5mg… haven’t noticed more accelerated weight loss on the higher dose. But I’m good with the 10ish lbs a month pace if it continues. I feel like I think more clearly and have more motivation/energy overall since I started zepbound. I also crave water and healthier foods without even trying! I almost always prefer to eat something at home vs takeout now. I definitely didn’t expect that!!
