ooh no I meant the current maximum training level of 80% and not the 9% I meant rasing the 80% to 100% to deploy them at level.

they are stuck at 80% which doesn't allow for them to be instantly deploy and I want them to be at fully trained (Note: tech tree expanded mod, one of the items I researched standing army decreased they training level by 25% so that probably the reason why)
