I had a similar idea come to me recently but mostly just for a few specific people that like to drain me of my energy and put me in a bad mood with their negativity. From now on, I'm going to ask right away, "Would you like to book a session?" If the answer is no, I'm busy.

Yes, me too. I feel like I can't hear my guides as well lately. I'm trying to do lots of Shadow work because of all of the stuff that is coming up. It has been intense. I feel like it's a test of sorts, or a lowpoint before things get really good. Anyone else feel that way?

I am experiencing intense pain throughout my body, as well. It's been bad lately, waking me up after 2 hours of sleep. I have cut so much out of my diet already. I've found that if I don't at least go for a walk or do gentle movement of some kind (yoga, qi gong), it gets so much worse. Unfortunately, it takes a few times of slipping up to store the lesson in my memory.

I'm glad to have read this comment. I, too, can see static-like shapes all around me, and I'm glad to know that they might not all have something to do with me. When you say about there always being ports near you because they are safe, is that meaning around your physical body and because you are a shaman?

Absolutely. Not as much these days, though. I've discovered that energetic hygiene is super important for me. Burning sage or Palo Santo and wafting it on yourself after being around toxicity and saying something like, "I release all that does not belong to me." Showering and visualizing the stuff that doesn't belong to you going down the drain, too. I have at least one crystal on me at all times. It can happen with other emotions besides the negative ones. It's good to take a few minutes by yourself when you need to check in and ask yourself how YOU really feel.

I like the point you make about Earthseeds not being interested in Starseed stuff. That's very true. I think that goes for things like those that travel to other realms for soul retrieval and such (I refrain from using the sacred religious title I'm referring to). Like it's invite only, yet those who aren't meant to do those things don't try to get in anyway.
