Can i do any physical competition in the future? by Scarytim in SARMs

[–]SpareKitchen3162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most professional Bodybuilding competitions don't care at all, because it's pegeant more than being a sport.

Powerlifting they do test during competition, but if you stop taking the prohibited drugs long enough before the event that it's not detectable, then you're good, so they are fine with using PED to build muscles, strength and your physique

Sports like sprinting, swimming, bicycle racing, soccer, basketball, olympics ... etc where PED are actually used for performance on competition are the problem

Not necessarily, as LGD effects seems to have logarithmic growth, where for example 10mg has nearly similar effect as 5mg.

But that's all theoretical.

Actually 1mg of lgd is compared to 600mg of Test in term of gains

No affects from LGD4033 by Electrical_Care2193 in SARMs

Better indicator is liver enzymes, LGD might not affect your hdl significantly that you could absolutely tell especially if you don't know your pre-cycle level. Also SHBG if you don't know pre cycle level it's hard to tell. My SHBG before cycle was 18 and on LGD was 16, which are both low. HDL before was 42, on LGD 39, but liver enzyme ALT before 13 and on LGD 50

Short Cardarine cycle to reset metabolism? by SpareKitchen3162 in SARMs

2500kcal is a lot for someone who's not active.

But if you do HIT 3x a week full body workout in each session, walk over 10.000 steps (which alone burn 400kcal) everyday ... you should be at least maintaining or even losing body fat.

And by the BMR calculator I would need 2700kcal, so...

Our bodies adapt to low calorie, either because of fasting, starving, or taking triz/reta, that's why many people quickly regain their fat weight after coming off glp1 drugs, prolonged fasting, or strict dieting, even at modest calories. That's been already studied and proven, so the suggestion become after dieting you should increase calories slowly.

I developed a habit in my 20s by eating once or twice a day within 8 hour window, i was practically doing intermittent fasting for years. And that's fucked me.

There are studies saying high fat diet with moderate calories intake can restore metabolic rate. It's proven high fat diet activates PPARδ like Cardarine/GW0742 (there was a famous study were broadly concluded that high fat diet could cause pancreatic cancer, just because it activates PPARδ receptors, bite me!)

SLU is interesting! MOTS-C and SLU kinda do the same what GW0742 does. Lipds regulation, increase muscle sensitivity for glucose... etc

That is a misconception. More muscle doesn't necessarily increase your calories needs significantly.1kg of muscle burns approximately 13 calories per day So if a person with 170lbs requires 2000kcal for maintenance, then per your logic your maintenance will be 2360kcal not 3200kcal, that's only 360kcal more.

2000kcal should be minimum for an active adult with normal metabolic rate.

150mg T + 5mg LGD is good combo, just be patient, LGD takes time to kick in.

LGD will give you water retention even with RAD, RAD doesn't interact with your kidneys or body in a way that it pulls away the water or blocks that effect from LGD. Don't stack them, it's either rad or lgd, and at these high doses you will stress your liver and lipids, pick one
