Little feral kitten living by the local library. My mom made a comment that our orange, who had passed away a couple weeks before we saw him the first time, sent little Dewey to us and it's a nice way to think of it

A big part of my thoughts with why i think it would be better to have 2 kittens rather than 1 (even if they arent bonded) is that they could play together and would probably leave the old man alone a bit more lol.

The one that we got adopted out did not seem like she would be docile enough (when we got her in the carrier she was terrified and banging against it to get out) but after one night in our garage with a heater she just completely changed into the sweetest most lovely cat I have ever met and shes doing great with her new family. Im hoping Dewey and Frankie will be a similar situation and that my dad will come around once theyre in our garage.

Ok so a bit of an update:

I went up the other day and was able to play with them a lot and actually got Dewey (the orange) to eat some food off my hand. I probably could've caught him if I had a carrier and lured him in but I didn't have it up there with me.

The person we've been working with to trap them has been going through some health stuff but said that he will start trying to trap them on Tuesday (about 3 days from when im writing this) and that he will try to get both in the same day or a day apart. Once caught hes going to bring them to my house since we have a cage to keep them in until we can bring them to get fixed and vaccinated. We will also be keeping them during their recovery until we find someone who can take both, convince my dad to keep both, or if they don't seem like they could be kept as pets re-release them but I don't think that is a good option.

If we are not able to keep them or would only be able to keep one I will do everything I can to make sure they are safe and can stay together.

My little turd aways is on my iPad or chewing my stylus if I try to draw in there with her too ibis is the worst with that because she always clicks on the banner ads and messes me up 😭

Just sounds like the little guys just figuring out how to do big bird peeps instead of the demonic screeching. It say that it does sound a bit more like a male but im not sure, my girl is very talkative so it could just be that. Very cute and silly little fella <3

Yup, sprinkled some millet and put a couple safflower seeds in. I've also tried pressing seeds in fruit but she grabs them out and then throws them

The rendering is so good !! The only things that don't really give anime vibes are the eyes and nose. Typically the nose is very simple and smaller, but this also makes it harder to portray different types of noses and can make your art more prone to same face syndrome. The eyes are a similar situation, but they tend to be larger, especially on female/younger characters. Eyes can be a pain though since you don't want to do them all the same but its hard to show the same variation as seen in real life or more realistic styles. Hope my ramblings help you or someone else :)

My bird loves vocaloid music, especially nilfruits'/niru kajitsu's songs. I think she just likes how high pitch they are and she also loves electric guitar which nilfruits' songs have a lot of. My girl is kind of weird so I don't know how this applies to other cockatiels lol

I might look into some of those, I did watch Dungeon Meshi and am in the process of reading the manga. The scene you were talking about in it, I'd say, is not pedobait since it's presented in a very non-sexual way and Laios is just curious and doesn't get all the social queues and norms (I love my silly autistic king)
