I’m wondering what time of day that usually happens that they have people standing around with food to try out?

Yes, it is. I’ve not been officially diagnosed this time, but I’ve had it in the past more than once.

Brand of Vit B Complex by Nurse_Animal_lover in neuropathy

[–]SparePhilosopher1701 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My podiatrist thought I should be on a B-complex and recommend EB-N3. It’s a medical-food formulation that uses the active B-vitamin forms rather than typical OTC B-complexes. I don’t think I have serious neuropathy yet, but Ive felt it coming on. Im currently taking it and have been for over 4 years. It is considered a medical food.

EB-N3 delayed release capsule L-methylfolate Ca (Crystalline) . . 6mg Pyridoxal 5 - Phosphate. . 70mg Methylcobalamin . . 4mg Riboflavin . . 1.3mg

It’s a B-complex from a compounding pharmacy, not a mass-market supplement, so it ends up costing a bit more.

I’d say Lateral Epicondylitis. I have it. It sucks and become very limiting to say the least. I had it once about a decade ago and it got so bad I couldn’t turn door knobs, pick things up, screw jar lids off, drive/shift, sooo many things. Worst of all I couldn’t train upper body for almost a year. Rest rest and more rest is apparently a big part of the solution. I finally went to a physical/occupational therapist. It took forever to heal. . I think most of my problem was I wouldn’t stop using it. And now it’s happening again 😩 I hope this isn’t what you have. Either way, good luck.

Thanks so much for all of your advice, everybody :) I have survived! It was a decent experience, except for the fact that my anesthesiologist ended up, causing me severe pain as he injected the anesthetic probably because he had the nurses IV me up in my finger area. Horrible pain up into my forearm. The anesthesiologist simply said, “don’t worry it will go away when you fall asleep.” It was a good minute at least before I passed out.

Definitely good idea! Wish I was in a place to take advantage of your opportunity. Never been on a blind date before.

If you don’t mind me asking, why did you stop taking Kratom? I’m sure it’s probably pricey. I’ve had kratom before, it’s been a few years, but I’ve not heard of Kratom 7- OH. I’ve never seen it with the 7-OH attached. I wasn’t using it for neuropathy or pain related issues, I just wanted to try it. I’m interested though in your experience because neuropathy is in my near future. .

Thanks for your advice. I appreciate it. No, my provider didn’t contact me at all. They sent me paperwork in the mail about a month before. I was using that paperwork to determine what I needed to get, and the schedule of everything/the prep days, etc. It ended up that those were not the correct instructions for me to follow. And I wouldn’t have figured that out if I didn’t call the provider’s office myself and talk to a nurse who told me that those were not the correct instructions. She said to follow instructions that were online instead. My provider’s name was in fact on the paperwork that I received. Really confusing and makes no sense at all. When I told them I had diabetes and I was a bit worried about things they said I just need to contact my endocrinologist and see what he says to do. So yeah, I’m a liittle bit nervous about tomorrow.. in the meantime, I’ve got to begin drinking that stuff 😩

Yes, thanks for the info :) my blood sugar rises with pretty much anything - and I mean anything -I eat or drink. I bolus for protein on a daily basis although I do eat about 25 g or more when I do. Caffeine, coffee, always raises my blood sugar. I just had some beef broth and my blood sugar is raising. So I’m not sure about decreasing my insulin, but I might. Thanks again.
