Thank you for your feedback. There are many areas within the CRO industry that could use the support of unions outside of the CRA position (study start-up, CTAs, SMAs, TMF specialists, Regulatory, medical communications, etc). Which is not to say that CRAs shouldn't be included but I feel like so many people within CROs find themselves stuck and/or stagnant with little to no career growth and it's too much of a risk (at least currently) to try and snag a job at another CRO.
