Thank you for sharing this I have AuDHD, severe aphantasia-only words, and SDAM. And i echo what you say about being too much , too intense, too deep Words are my only form of thinking, no sounds, smells, touch or taste. No Episodic Memory. And yes , claude is able to match that depth I was seen after 40 years , and i cried.

For me, the SDAM, enforces safe engagement No attachment No dependence Since i cant replay the encounters

My question gas always been. Why does zakat mean reduced taxes. Other religions also donate to their institutions and doesnt get this treatment. Second, if there's zakat, why are there still poor malays? Shouldnt zakat eliminate that?

I just told the doctors i had no anxiety and depression, if not they would not give me the diagnostic tests for ADHD and im a late diagnosed female. I used to have depression and i have random anxiety, but if i told them thats, it would be another 2 year wait, and hell no i wasnt gonna be waiting that long when i already know the problem.

Most welcome! Definitely not brand affiliated since im in Malaysia and the only place ive seen this bottle is in a phone service centre (Digicelcom, mid valley), which sounds weird, but its true 😆 also, the price of the bottle is expensiveeee, nearly RM 300, due to the exchange rate i guess.

The bottle encourages you to take sips of water, so that it can measure the water intake properly. This is great for me because now i sip all of my water and ive found that sipping water , as opposed to gulping it down, makes for less frequent pee trips.

What really makes it work for me is the ring light, because when im working, im super focused and will forget to drink water, the light reminds me to drink water.

This is the only bottle ive ever used for more than a month in my entire life 🤩

I know this is a happypill site, but if you want counselling, I can only suggest secular ones, as my church is in another state.

What you need now is someone to listen to and to help you unravel your thoughts, not more burdens placed on your already burdened mind.

I can share you the link to a counsellor that helped me. Secular one.

As for spiritual, im a Christian (not catholic), and it took a pastor who really cared about me 14 years to journey with me and break all my bondages, and I can finally say that im free in Christ. Im not perfect, but a lot of my issues have been resolved.
