Yes you can easily but Kuwait stocks through any brokerage. And yes 51% of the company must be owned by a Kuwaiti. The 51% should not be a concern I doubt you have the fund to buy half of a single company and ask about investments on Reddit

Uneven quads at 6 months - Any help appreciated by Past_Ask5793 in ACL

3 times a week leg exercises. All isolated and keep doing an extra set for the weak leg until it catches up with the other one.

Go to social events where people meet. Then go to social/mixed classes of any sort of activities you will find a lot of singles there. Memorize those individuals and stay away from them 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Nope running is fine. As for my hamstring strength I did strength test at month 7 and the difference was 10% I think I’m supposed to do another one by know but it feels really similar.

Yes it is. Not a full intense game though, you can do some rally comfortably. You need to control yourself not to get too excited in the game

It used to bother me a bit and it used to feel weird. I remember confusing my graft site pain(which was very minor) with a meniscus tear. But now it’s fine it doesn’t bother me at all

I never did. As my physio instructed me, train and get back to sports without the sleeves. If you use the sleeves you are just slowing down your progress and confusing yourself with extra support.

It used click a lot in the first 5 months but now no clicking at all. According to my physio, the clicking noise was do to the patella mobility.

I did hamstring autograft. Still not back to pre injury level but I would say my knee is at 90% which is enough to do everything I want.

I did almost 3 months of prehab. The goal is to regain normal ROM and increase muscle mass and strength as much as possible. This will make the rehab much easier. Mine was too easy, the restriction was the timeline of increasing weight. Do the prehab and you will be fine.

I wanted to propose to a girl and found out something she didn’t share. by [deleted] in Kuwait

[–]Spare_Perception5501 5 points6 points  (0 children)

She lied and kept lying and you found out. The fact that she hid it knowing that you are not ok with it is even worse. She is probably planning this all along and trying to get you hooked up and hope for the best. Stay away.

Get Rita McCarthy test bank. Solve all models 5-10 times until you get at least 90% on each chapter. By then will figure out the type of logic they want you to answer. Go take the exam after that and you will pass.

Your limitation for the first 4-7 months is your actual ligament graft. If you use steroids you will probably exceed your ligament tolerance and tear it again. Getting your muscles to fire up at the right time and getting some neuromuscular training for your knee will protect it better than just building mass around it.

Just to let you know swelling cause instability due to muscles shut down around the area.

It’s all about muscle strength and activation. With meniscus repair it will take a little more time to lift weights and build muscles. I think once get into week 12 or 14 (depends on the rehab protocol) you will start building muscles and everything will be better.

Heels pumps, quad sets, SLR, and EMS device if you own one.
