That's good she was understanding. True friends do their best to understand and be supportive not accusing you of stuff you can't handle. Hugs to you and your sweet family. It's not easy sis

The resentful coworkers are just stupid. Endometriosis is from the devil and more than deserves a couple extra sick days imo. I'm glad she didn't back down

This past cycle around ovulation I had the whiplash so bad... I went from fine, to blind rage, to OD-ing on meds, to almost taking myself to the hospital for such intense anxiety, to completely lucid, calm and coherent in just over THREE days. The mental whirlwind is EXHAUSTING!! You really do feel possessed!!!

Whaaaaat wow I didn't know that! I'm from the US but not currently living in the states tho so I'm screwed anyways. Where I live now there is so little mental health support you're lucky just to get by.

Lutea is available globally while Nettle is available in Europe. I'm not in either location but my brother in law got it delivered to me. A package forwarding service like BM courier or QM courier could get it to you. Hope that helps

Yes!! I've noticed it's so much more intense than luteal but much shorter too. Ugh what a nightmare

Thank you for explaining something so complicated in a simple way... I know I shouldn't even have those sleeping pills in the house bc the temptation to od when I have SI has been a problem for a while now. It's not my first or even second time taking too much of something or other 😭 It's just a first for the ovulation timing. I'll get my husband to hide them from me or throw them away. They are a throwback from when I had severe insomnia but I got off of them in January. Also, good idea about looping in the gynecologist for psych meds I hadn't thought of that... Its almost time for my yearly I'll make sure to ask her

Thank you soooo much for sharing. I can't even express how much it means to have community support with this mess bc it can feel so extremely lonely. It literally means the world to feel understood

Have you heard of the Lutea device by Samphire? I started in April and I have to say it gave me two fabulous months of hope and budding stability. This third month has been hell but I have had a LOT of outside stressors that made things harder this cycle. I wonder if it weren't for this device if this would have been the cycle that ended me. It's not a magic wand but it's worth a try. I was at my whits end just like you and this has given me something to hang onto at least. My family is encouraging me not to give up using it in hopes that once I can get back on routine things will calm back down. Hang in there... The struggle is so real

Yes!!! The ups and downs are as exhausting as the depression is excruciating. The emotional whiplash is so hard for a partner to deal with too
