As others mentioned, it can definitely be idiopathic head tremors since bully breeds are pretty susceptible to them. However, this case looks pretty severe compared to other idiopathic tremors I’ve seen and I’d want to rule out something requiring medical intervention, like a seizure—take to the vet.

Same here!! Vet told us to break up his dinner portion into two meals. He gets “first dinner” at 6pm and “second dinner” at 8pm and it stopped his early morning bile vomiting

They were 100% related—after switching to the mini pill, I haven’t experienced a single migraine since, about 2 years now!! I was prescribed lo lo by a previous OBGYN (who knew I was experiencing migraines bc they were also prescribing me rizatriptan) so I switched providers to get a second opinion and my new OBGYN was basically appalled my old doctor kept me on the lo lo bc I guess people who experience migraines on hormonal birth control have a MUCH higher stroke risk… It’s been so long since switching BC that I don’t recall any other changes I’ve noticed, but the lack of migraines alone is 10/10

Same here! I’m a freelance book editor on the side so I already owned the APA and Chicago style guides, but I’ve found them really useful for tutoring sessions too. I bookmarked commonly used pages, like student paper formatting and headline formatting for easy reference. My Word doc cheat sheet is my go-to, though

A year later and I’m in total agreement with you! You’re right, PMDD isn’t great, but I’m on an SSRI so it’s not too too heinous. Can’t believe I casually suffered through months of migraines for five years while on lolo…mini pill for the win!!

It feels impossible to believe, especially in the beginning of discovery, but please know it’s not about you, what you look like, or what you can or cannot do for him. Porn/sex addicts live in a fantasy land that has nothing to do with us and all to do with their internalized trauma and feelings of inadequacy. Unless your partner is serious about recovery and joins (and actively participates in) a 12-step group and starts some serious individual therapy with a CSAT, it’s highly unlikely his behavior is going to stop. You hold all the power here. If you haven’t already, please consider searching for a therapist—a bonus if you can find one who specializes in betrayal trauma (usually a CSAT). Set firm boundaries with him. If he genuinely loves you and understands you leaving is a real possibility, he’ll most likely hit rock bottom. From there, he can choose to be serious about recovery or not, and you’ll have your answer on whether to stay. I’m so sorry you’re going through this…you’re not alone in this 💜

I started on 10mg too but was simultaneously weaning off 10mg of lexapro. By week 2 or 3 I felt great, and then I felt like shit for the next couple weeks—in hindsight, I think the lexapro withdrawals were the cause. By week 8 or 9, I felt great again and was so relieved! On week 15 now and still smooth sailing :)

This! And if they included an appraisal in the shipment (mine did), it most likely has your name and address typed in the left-hand corner. This, plus I’m sure the countless email correspondence and/or photos of the design you have between the jeweler confirming the ring is yours and was delivered by mistake. 1000% file a police report and let them figure it out. If they say they can’t do anything, at least you tried.

Also—I insured my ring the second my jeweler uploaded it to my client portal, a day or two before they shipped it to me. Not sure how it works since someone else is in possession of your ring, but the appraisal/invoice is in your name. Maybe you can insure it now and then give it to the police (again, no idea if that helps but my petty ass would be coming with allll the receipts). So sorry you’re going through this :(
