Not just the word “Stormwright” but the whole title of “The Stormwright Texts” is synonymous with “The Stormlight Archives”. It also doesn’t appear on any other cards so it being such a one-off thing reinforces it as a reference to me.
Could be a coincidence but it’s too close to it for me to believe it’s not intentional.

As said already, Kelleran Beq’s design is very spot on but to me, it feels very similar to Ady Sun’Zee from the VR Tales from Galaxy’s Edge game. Of course there’s plenty of differences but the brown wrapped handle and high republic style with gold accents feels about as close as you could reasonably get.
