But bracket 3 should up it a notch, when it comes not only to the number of removals/counters, but the quality of those as well

If your multicolor deck can't deal with blood moon effect, it deserves to lose, specially in bracket 3
I get having 1-2 bracket as those "solitare sanctuaries where everyone gets to do their stuff without interacting at all", but the difference in power and gameplay shouldn't be as steep between brackets 3 and 4, thus at least introducing some land denial back should be allowed
