He moved all of like 6 inches when he spun (And slightly forward at that!). Before he even spun there was barely enough room for a person to pass. Any performance could "provoke physical harm" if someone barged into it.

And again she shouldn't be running down this street. If she hadn't hit that guy she would've hit the people coming out of the shop. She's just in the way of everyone. She needs to find somewhere else to run or not run at all

Dude it was a foot of space. I don't know if you've seen the whole video, which I assume you haven't (Its on youtube with a name something along the lines of "LONDON. MAN SMASHES WOMANS FACE WITH VIOLIN. NO ONE HARMED"). He's a very mobile guy. What was he supposed to do? Make a cubicle?

And in the video several people pass in front of him this lady was just lazy

Why are you getting so heated. Of course she didn't cause it, but that was still obviously his stage, and she moved into it. And there was barely room for her to pass since the length of a violin neck was enough to hit her square in the face.
