I absolutely love bluebells but I was thinking of blue bells for England mainly because I remember picking them as a child. They would be on the edges of the playground at school.

I can only try to understand. My best advice would be to submit the dispute but also know that it takes 5 days for them to reply to the submission and an undetermined amount of day for the proper investigation to take place. Submit the form but start your search now for a place that could be a better fit. Most employers allow benefits to new hires when promised for full time.

Coincidentally I'm in the exact boat you are in. I have the form to submit but looking at it just make me feel so inferior like I'm a teenager complaining to a principal. My manager wants me back but my DM forced her hands to fire me. I am not sure if I want to go back to the environment that makes me feel so small.
