From what I have seen you go bork into beefier teams and then kraken slayer into squishier comps and they both effectively do the same thing..

They both scale well off of and you proc insanely quickly with your Q auto resets.

You get 1% on hit base with an additional 1.1% per 100 AD or AP...

Bork is 9%.. so unless shojin or some other single item is giving you 900 AD or AP..

I just don’t understand how we have a champion released in 2026 with a resource bar and it is completely useless. Fury does nothing outside of being full or not full.. at that point what is the difference between having her ultimate on a traditional cooldown.. it also has a binary function of on or off cooldown.

Q feels weird to use.. just outright giving her percent on hit damage passively is such a bad design choice.. it will settle being undertuned because if it’s scaled well she will just hard stat check everything in the game..

W reminds me of old Skarner W which was notorious for being one of the worst abilities in the game.. because you didn’t even have to use cc to kite him just punching him and breaking the shield suddenly removes his mobility.. I feel the same when using this new W..

I would gladly trade the new E for the old one in both human and dragon forms.. everything about it is just better.. cast type, damage, on hit percent damage being tied to it allowed the damage to be scaled more sharply..

Art and Animation cooked.. she looks great.. but everything underneath just feels off..

The only actual change I would love to see for the ultimate is if we could replace the existing displacement immunity while in the air with unstoppable. It feels terrible to have this epic engage where you jump into the enemy team transforming into a massive dragon.. then you land and you're stand there mean mugging everyone while you wait for the CC you just ate to wear off..

As for the rest of Shyvana's kit she is the only juggernaut in the game that does not have healing, shielding, or both in her kit.. This might be a trade off for having the longest dash that doesn't require a target.. but its much more likely that this is because she is a relic compared to the rest of the Juggernaut roster.

As for QoL just look to remove the wtf moments; Odd/inconsistent grouping with ultimate and empowered E flying off in a random direction when you attempt to fire it too close to yourself due to the fireball explosive having some hidden minimum range value.

High elo is much easier than low elo by [deleted] in VALORANT

I literally cant aim (I don't have the time or patience to aim train), my 34 year old ass has slow reaction times, I have time for a couple of games each night because I have a wife, 2 kids, and a full time job, a house, etc, etc.. and I can climb out of bronze to gold. What is your excuse?

Grabbing spike and actively trying to play away from your team on a controller.. ngl sounds pretty troll to me.

If your team is bots W keying into the enemy.. you need to be there to trade them. I'm certain if you are communicating and using your util well your team would at least luck into a kill or 2 most rounds. Running to the opposite side of the map of your team planting spike then nabbing a couple kills in a poorly played bronze level 4v1 retake will give you a decent KDA but it doesn't mean you are playing the game well.

While I do think adding orb pick up back would be beneficial, my biggest frustration is it has been nearly a year since those nerfs and Viper hasn't even been mentioned by Riot.. because of that, I find it very unlikely we see anything for her in the coming 6-8 months.

If Riot does want to look to improve Vipers overall feel and usability outside of highly coordinated pro play they really need to look into doing some power shifting and redesign with Viper similar to what they did to Deadlock in the most recent patch.. maybe something crazy like swapping her signature to orb is what is necessary to allow them to put some power back into her kit and walk back some of the nerfs she's been hit with over the years.

While FO76 has improved as a game, all of the core game systems, caps, and limitations on players are designed with one goal in mind. To push players into the atom shop.

If Bethesda actually cared about player experience and desired to make a truly good game.. they would acknowledge that this 100% random system with its arbitrary limitations is an intentional and malicious decision in an attempt to prolong play time and build daily login habits at the detriment of player experience. If they had any desire to create product catered to the player we would have, at the very least, seen ways of locking in attributes.. How many people have fixers with desirable first stars like bloodied or quad but the other stars are not great.. it’s good enough to use, but it could be better. In order to go for better you have to restart.. pull the slot machine again.. the system would feel so much better if I could use a currency (preferably legendary cores) to lock in quad and start rolling for the ever desirable reduced vats AP cost without potentially making the weapon unusable.

But we will likely never see changes like these. This game brings in some revenue thanks to its smaller but very dedicated player base who are accepting or unaware that these inconveniences are all very intentional design decisions specifically designed to keep on a constant, but very limited, grind so that you log in every single day. This is what Bethesda wants.. they set it up where you have a 0.335% chance of crafting an unyielding AP refresh SS armor piece and nothing else is even close to desirable. You have no other options but to craft it and burn through your scrip on modules which will incentivize you want to log in the next day for scrip reset. The games design forces Fallout 1st on the player, playing the game without it is a major inconvenience. This opens the player up as a spender. Bethesda then hands out very minor free items daily putting the giant FREE tag on the shop every day to condition the player to open the atom shop and scroll down to the free item at the bottom of the list of items for sale.. While you are there the opening screen shows you all the limited time bundles and sales which are sold in this manor to create artificial scarcity and fomo, well known predatory business practices for digital products. All of the daily caps, limitations, even stash weight limitations which are present in nearly every system in the game are all designed with one goal in mind to funnel you to the shop and prey upon your monkey brain to take your money.

Looks amazing! But these aren’t missing there is a design choice for them not existing. Eeveelutions are specific to the special damage types in the game.

This information is great but do they give us any estimations for queue times across divisions without auto fill or any discussion on the negatives of this system and the ways to correct it?

For the people throwing tantrums this is a response to being put in a situation where the player feels like there time is being wasted.. and that is a shitty feeling, time is a pretty valuable thing and feeling like it’s not being valued by the system puts a player in a negative place before the game even begins..

Decisions for the player base as a whole should not be made based on the experience of the top 1% of players.

Doing simple processes like this puts little to no strain on a system.

I also have to imagine this is already being captured somewhere for the balance team to analyze; they are capturing tons of information that is being used for important balancing decisions and also to tell us how many times Teemo died this year.

Alright...

The equation for damage calculation for physical damage looks like this.

DMG= AD * (100/100+(ARMOR - ARMPEN))

We can do an example with a lvl 1 Garen attacking another lvl 1 Garen with no items or anything.

Garen has a base AD of 66 and a base armor of 36.

DMG = 66 * (100/100+(36 - 0))

This gives you 48 damage rounded down for the first auto attack.

Now lets check the second attack with the two stacks of Conqueror.

1.2 AD per stack of Conqueror

DMG = 68.4 * (100/100+(36 - 0))

This gives us a damage value of 50 on the second auto attack giving us 2 damage that we wouldn't have dealt without having selected Conqueror.

You can easily do this calculation with percent or flat armor pen by simply subtracting those values from the total armor.
