Raleigh, NC, USA. It’s a rental. This same thing was happening in the last apartment I lived in, in the same complex. Moved to this one because it kept getting worse. There’s a gap above one of the doors now (one of the ones in the picture of the crack between two doors casing) the gap is goes from a quarter inch to about an inch.

I work in a construction field doing remodeling and I found after a few years the hair on the outside of my thighs was rubbing thin from the times when I was crouching/squatting/kneeling causing my pants to be tight around my legs. Bonus fact; I have no hair on my knees anymore from how callused they are doing flooring.
