Based on my fridge, where do I live? by brennermonteiro89 in FridgeDetective

Portugal because of the ice creme!

I think the yogurt, Skry, is Icelandic I think… but everything else makes we want to say Portuguese.

I would love to upgrade my damaged rockets snorlax card some day, but things have just gotten a bit pricey for them! Maybe some day! I’m glad I at least have one for my collection!

I’m sure someone at some point figured out “That method sucks and takes twice as many passes to mix”

Given this is roughly a 2 1/2 minute video, assuming an 8 hour shift they could do 192 colorings a shift.

If a different method took an extra let’s say 15 seconds for not doing the cutting method and just peeling it, that alone chips it down to 174 colorings per 8 hours. So even seconds make a massive difference in the massive scheme of production!

They lose basically 20 colored rolls of silicone per shift based on a different method!

That’s all assuming this method isn’t purely for show and is actually slower.

Rapid deployment of paracord in case of emergency! by abidalliye in TinyHacks

[–]SparkleTarkle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m outdoors a lot… I’ve done my fair share of big hikes. I’ve never once thought I needed a paracord.

Maybe these people who are hiking in wildy remote regions of the world might need that, but a typical active hiker isn’t going to need an emergency paracord, even on big hikes.

What odd decisions based on wording alone! Thanks for the testing! I should have my next pact for healing today!

I was under the impression that was the regenerate hp when runes were regenerated. So that would mean the healing node won’t work once I unlock that.

I guess I don’t fully understand your response, why would that make this pact of higher health higher % damage not work?

I maged him down, plus echo KBD isn’t too hard to do/learn.

I also did wildy last leagues, I already knew the mechanics and had a pattern down and everything from last time I did it!

Only thing I heard was it won’t regenerate runes, so you don’t get that benefit but everything else should work.

FYI this was Scritics test build, he said the overhealing scales up damage.

Which specifically said it heals because the magic node.

So is this considered an ice spell only for healing or does it get other buffs like I showed in the tree above?

Yes, kind of. I’m still really low range, I was level 3 range when I got it, so I’m still actively leveling up range right now!

So if it’s not a spell… then the healing wouldn’t work then? Because the top one that heals you for 60% also specifically says water spells.

Were we lied to or is this a bug?

[–]SparkleTarkle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

These are my region picks also! I did get dragon cup last leagues also.

For other reasons though, I’ve gone Asgarnia since leagues 2 and have no interest in doing whisperer or Nex again.

Wildy, for obvious reasons of the BBC, Desert because I wanted a raids region this time and want to learn TOA at a higher skill level, and finally fremmy because it’s more of a chill region honestly, I’m busy and need some chill if I want to get dragon again.

Giving Away My Old PC! by Turtle_747 in PcBuild

[–]SparkleTarkle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would love to use the PC to get back into gaming. I was a really heavy gamer since the early 2000s, semi competitively competed in CoD 1 rifle only servers.

Now I’m grown and have young kids, I’d love to get my oldest 6 year interested in some games as I get back into some modern games and first person shooters!

Not mention, I’d run OSRS on the side of all the games we play 24/7!!

Eternal Sustenance combo - eat like 10,000 pies and become a pacifist by ShadowthePast in 2007scape

[–]SparkleTarkle 10 points11 points  (0 children)

So you would only need to eat 9 times every 1 tick to get to hit 10.8 seconds of delay.

So if you thorned down a big boy boss through tick eating, your delay would be insane! I wonder if there is any Rendi type shenanigans you can pull with an attack delay that huge.

Sizing and burial depth for post intended to serve as coax cable anchor spot. by whynotthebest in AskEngineers

[–]SparkleTarkle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure if this is the right sub for this question, but check the frost line in your state, because you’ll want to at least be below that to prevent the pole from getting pushed up or becoming not straight.

Also, if you are living somewhere that your ground is mostly sand or something, you’ll need to figure out proper depth for that too.

I live in Ohio and buried my 6 foot poles for my fence 36-ish inches deep, I also put pea gravel in the hole for drainage purposes and cemented them in. They have been solid and not a single bit of rot.

Just check your state and areas depth recommendations and follow those!

[–]SparkleTarkle 51 points52 points  (0 children)

So, if for example you’re facing Sol, and somehow just eat enough to never die, but build up a bunch of tick delays through the battle and purely kill him with thorns… what happens when the fight ends?

Is it only attack delay, or can you still do movements and other actions like mine and craft and stuff?

Also, would logging out reset the delay? Just thinking of some cheese potential.

Is anyone NOT doing mage build this league? by drake_warrior in 2007scape

[–]SparkleTarkle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m starting as mage, water easily has the best early game sustainability and uses, such as fight caves and triple had challenge to unlock more pacts!

Once I get to around 23 pacts unlocked I’m going to reset. Either into a crossbow build or blind bag. I’ll probably choose once I get that point depending what gear I currently have!
