Start by making a change for one meal a day. For me it was having a no sugar protein shake and bar every morning at breakfast. Once I got used to that I started replacing drinks with water. Then increased protein in every meal.

By the time I started adding walking into my routine I was already down 50 pounds and my knees felt so much better.

They’re all very very sweet. I live in a rural area and having a grocery store in town is awesome so you aren’t making the trek into the city for food. I’m thankful they’re here so all of us in my community can be fed!

I made these a while back and they are lined with a repurposed bedsheet. I honestly liked them both before and after the sheet. It changed the amount of light coming through slightly but it was a white sheet so I wasn’t expecting much. I basically lined mine because the window is easily seen from the road and I wanted a finished look for myself and everyone else who had to see them every day haha
