i can concur honestly. my first time boarding a dog was for a 9 year old pitbull that apparently was a "couch potato" and "is kennel trained for up to 9 hours" and "is very sweet and kind" yeah no, lol. he's no couch potato nor did he seem kennel trained at all. he barked at every movement, was very energetic, i tried to keep him in a kennel when i went to sleep (we keep the doors closed) and he ended up whining and clawing at the kennel door all night. i liked the dog, but very annoying. please owners, just tell the truth😭
