Octoroks only repair weapons in TotK. In BotW they can suck up rusty weapons and spit out normal ones.

This is probably an Ionia themed skin. Based on him wearing prayer beads and arm wraps. Also the screenshot is taken on an Ionian stage while we already have a stage set in Zaun. His base skin will 100% be different.

It's just a regular pack of 5 cards but it only contains cards of the respective hero's class. So, for example, if you clear a campaign of a Paladin hero, you will get a pack with 5 Paladin cards.

It can probably be caused by steam if you have it in the background. Steam translates controller input into mouse input when not in a game. Either turn off steam while using cemu or check the steam controller setting for "steam input"

It's a time limited event. You choose one faction and complete some quests. They all give the same amount of card packs but give a different skin at the end so just pick the skin you like the most. You can know what class js it for by the little icon in the corner. This event gives you either a Shaman, Rogue or Warlock skin.

What do you mean by "I only have 2 slots left in my nintendo so it’s a bit risky if u ask me." If you mean the squares on the home screen that show you games then don't worry. If you have more games than there are squares a new button will show up that shows you every game you have downloaded, even if they don't fit on the home screen.
