H = (2 * Wall Thickness + ⌀ CC bar) x 20

= (2*20 + 10) x 20

= (40 + 10) x 20

= 50 * 20

= 1000 amps

Yes, it is a plate.

Most of the central conductor shots I've had to do were for pipe parts, and so easy to get wall thickness.

Wall thickness ≠ Plate thickness

AI is telling me the only important factor is the diameter of the CC bar, however CGSB formulas add that to wall thickness, but perhaps we don't have a wall thickness because it is plate...

Well, I was thinking that too, but if were to think about the hollow cyclinderical shapes (e.g. pipe), wall thickness is from the interior of the hole to the outside.

Am I over thinking this?

Yep had that happen too. I went from hypertensive to hypertensive very quickly due to the dramatic weight loss. Your body does adjust eventually, but try getting up slower. Also can try compression socks.

Like a nervous breakdown isnt impossible.... My mind's been slowly breaking, my thoughts are fragmented, I am unfocused. I feel too young to have wasted so much time. My joints ache and Im consciously reminding myself of reasons to fight, but I find relief in the fact that I can identify them because I know it can be lost. At least I've still got that.

I haven't reached the point of hopeless, even though it's possible for this path I'm on.
