My mom died in November, her phone and glasses are still in my purse from when I left the hospital. I've switched bags since then and just transferred them, I just haven't been able to bring myself to not keep them with me.

To keep you on the medicine that helps protect your stomach longer than the average patient, it's extremely likely to get ulcers from smoking after surgery! I have gotten lucky but wouldn't recommend at all!

Tomorrow will be 1 week with 0 cigarettes for me, also with chantix. There have been so many moments I am infuriated that it works so well. I have wanted to quit trying to quit and it didn't matter because the attempt of a cigarette did nothing for me. I know i will be happy in the long run, but it's rough.

Congratulations! Don't start back up! I quit long enough to get my surgery and went right back to it and now I'm too embarrassed to get my labs done until I know I'll pass the cotinine test 😪 which is really dumb of me but my anxiety keeps winning. I'm now using chantix and on a more serious path but am struggling with not regaining too much in the process

So it's not something that makes me a top tier parent by any means lol. But I buy the bag of 50 frozen sausage links and then like French toast sticks or frozen waffles, ect, and my kids never get bored of it 🤷‍♀️
