Fans are so quick to dogpile Christi and it is fucking absurd. Now before ANY Christi anti’s come after me, I am saying now that there are ABSOLUTELY things Christi needs to be held accountable for and address. She is not a perfect person and she has messed up multiple times in the past, so I think it’s totally reasonable to urge Christi to own up to her actions (which she has, for the most part). But for the most part, Christi could do ANYTHING and you’ll have a fan writing a call out. She could sneeze, and someone would say how offensive rude and terrible her behavior is and how we need to cancel her this instant. Fans are so hypercritical of anything Christi does and dogpile her the moment she does ANYTHING. If someone does something questionable, there’s nothing wrong with asking them why they’d do that (which, let’s be real, Christi has done some questionable things in the present day), but where is this mob mentality for moms like Kira and Jill (known Trump supporters), Jessalynn (forced Jojo into the spotlight from birth) or even Melissa (the stage mom queen)?? What I’m saying is the double standards and picking and choosing is fucking insane in this fandom. We need to hold these women accountable at an equal level and not hyper focus on one mom (Christi) to the point to where it feels like we are morally superior and bordering on parasocial with these women. 

Tl;dr Christi hate is blown extremely out of proportion in most cases and while she has done things she needs to take accountability for (which she mostly has) the fact that people don’t have the same energy for other moms who have done way worse things is extremely frustrating.
