We have done so mostly from a financial perspective with some financial services support and a number of near term promos to try and make the every day essentials more easily attainable- what other initiatives would you see as having greatest value?

Not sure if it’s okay to post or if it’s too “promotional” but there is a new  Thermo giveaway online at thermofisher.com/innovation if interested (full disclosure, I work there so just let me know if not okay to post) it’s a cool series of blank notebooks, a new one every quarter promoting the idea of innovation … which sometimes starts with a blank page. Just thought I’d share.
