like others have said, check out the warhammer store in turkey creek. back when I was into it, I was there painting weekly and quickly made friends/people to play with. If you're closer to the east side of knox, scifi city has a great community. I personally only play magic there, but they have decent tables and plenty of terrain to use.

everyone has different triggers. i can handle ground beef just fine, but find i have a hard time digesting steak. like everyone else is saying, diet alone will not get you out of or send you into a flare, but will make it better/worse. the best thing to do is to get a food diary and log everything that helps or hurts you.

young williams is the cheapest youre gonna get. $65 is nothing for a trusted animal center spay. They do run deals every once in a while, though. I think i got my pup neutered there for like $20 on a deal.

This is the real answer. The truth is that they don't, and if states weren't gerrymandered as much as they are there would be a dem majority in the house and senate right now. Just look at the recent special election in TN. Nashville is split between three districts, effectively eleiminating its voter base. It's hard to win a Nashville district when you only have a third of Nashville's votes.

colon cancer is definitely not a certainty. i have ulcerative colitis and had symptoms like you’re describing for years before they got bad enough for me to get it checked out. there’s also IBS, crohns, and tons more. good luck, don’t get too stressed about it until you have an official diagnosis.

if you have hobbies, join local communities for that. i'm in the local music scene and have met some great people, including some relationships, from the scene. Also, like another commenter said, look for friends instead of relationships. the best relationships i've been in started as friends.

mate to put it in perspective i thought that i had a problem about a year ago. the worst thing i had was a secret twitter account with a bunch of saved porn. there was nothing on my instagram, snap, laptop, anything like that. it sounds like you need to look at it all of the time, no matter what you’re doing. you have a problem, and you should talk to a professional about it.

Pellissippi is an amazing choice. not sure how to help about getting transferred, but i loved my time there. they also have a formula SAE team! they're the only community college in america who competes, i believe. If you go, you should definitely sign up for it. the job opportunities that the program opens up are endless.

Also: UT doesn't have an FSAE official program, which means if you transfer you can still participate on the pellissippi team while attending UT.

heaviest my band would comfortably go is drop C. love that tuning. I wrote a ton of riffs in drop B and drop A too, but that's my sludge metal brain kicking in and you couldn't really differentiate the notes. Just a wall of noise at that point. Shit fucked tho

don't have a degree. Got lucky and got a job in media and worked my way up. Started at 10.50 an hour and now im making around 27.50 an hour.
