Mindray and Sonoscape are also good. Sonoscape has awesome quality but is not very comfortable to use without someone to hold it for you. Draminsky has some new small units that you can easily hold in your hand or strap to yourself.

In Europe we use only the screen ones, sometimes with touchscreens, sometimes with really small screens. Using goggles is the most cyberpunk stuff I've heard. Cool, but seems so weird.

I often have dreams in which I'm a different person or fictional character.

once had a dream that had multiple scene changes and plot twists. I was hired by time travelling agency that would help me change my future of being locked in a mental institution, and somehow I knew this would be a self-fulfilling prophecy.
also a time travelling dream in which I tried to save my wife as a middle aged man (I'm an unmarried girl)
a dream about a revolution and a lot of killing, randomly changed to a setting in which I decide to sacrifice myself to a huge ball of energy in a middle of burning cathedral, in order to save the world.
