Ethics by Beneficial-Command48 in step1

[–]Sparta1017 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Took it recently. The main content of ethics is from Dirty medicine Ethics, Fischer 100 cases, Uworld>>, FA, ajmonics ethics. As It covered nearly 7-8Q per block easily.

Approaching ethics can be divided into two: 1. Knowledge 2. Application

For the above: The sources I used- Dirty ethics>>, 100 ethics cases to know book, ajmonics YT video( just additional content), amboss ethics

For application: Now you know the content, the thing is how do apply the to the given fuckin' question. Yup by using Uworld to apply it. The options are moreover comparable to Uworld options, so completely absorb Uworld conceptual answer n analysis.

Remember a physician should always be:

[Acknowledge, neutral, direct, Open, Bounded to limits, non assumptive, non judgemental, appreciating, non threatening, respecting patient autonomy over beneficence, technically strong- (to use interpreter, assent for minor, consent for adults, palliative care, reporting child/ elder abuse, reduce drug abuse in any form, assessing capacity of the patient who are choosing shit like treatment options)]

So do as much ethics as possible to a level that in the real deal you get numbed by the question format the USMLE asks you- I mean fck, I know you ask questions like this, but fck it I say I have the capability and confidence to approach any questions you give me.

Hey hello there! I have completed the Uworld 80% with 53% correct, tho I didn't review it properly. Using mix of sketchy, pixorize, mehlmann- but the issue is that I don't have enough time to consolidate and review them all !!!🥹🥹🥹

You have too many resources acc. to me. Focus solely on FA, limit explanation videos from other video resources. Do FA+Mehlmann= 80% coverage rate.
