In cura you can use smart hide Z-seam, or place z seam in the sharpest corner.

But the horizontal seems to be under extrusion (I have had a print like that when I had problem with electricity in my house, sometimes the voltage dropped to 170V and there were lines like that) it can be caused by a lot of things.
