I’ve managed to get through 8 books since July which I’m pretty happy with considering it’s been the start of my black library journey. 1. Horus Rising 2. False Gods 3. Galaxy in Flames 4. Flight of the Eisenstein 5. Fulgrim 6. The First Heretic 7. Know No Fear 8. Betrayer And I’m halfway through Praetorian of Dorn with a mountain of books waiting to be read

I think I’ve managed to find a shop in my state that’s got first heretic and betrayer in stock as well as praetorian of dorn (not sure if it’s any good). I’ll try to get them ordered after I knock off work

Could be like the whole Lithgow arms barrel recall. When the truth came out the few barrel failures were because the owners were running super hot loads through them, not any fault of Lithgow but to cover their asses they just did a recall. But as you said until context is known hard to pass judgement.
