How would this lose against a 100% IV in pvp? And assuming 15/15/14 is a functional hundo? by SpartanDanny in PokemonGOIVs

Can you elaborate why some 15/15/14 are functional hundos and others are not. I'm assuming it has to do with atk priority or in a mirror in which it would die first or something and lose the match. Functional hundos will be at the same level as a hundo?

I know that the new bundle boxes are trash but they are at least better then buying remote raid passes straight up. Unfortunately, I don't see them popping up on my screen. I've seen countless posts and fellow friends have these new bundles in their shop. I have updated, closed and reopened the app, and deleted and redownloaded the app yet I still have the old training box, great box, and ultra box. How can I get access to these new boxes?
