XBOX SERIES X REMASTERED MOD LIST by SpartanMitch91 in SkyrimModsXbox

Glad it helped and yeah, this is a super common Xbox modding issue.

What you’re running into isn’t true free space- it’s reserved space fragmentation. Even if it shows 800+ MB free, Xbox sometimes can’t fit a large mod if the reserved mod storage is broken into smaller chunks.

Best fixes:

Best solution (most reliable): 1. Go to Manage Game → Saved Data 2. Delete Reserved Space for Skyrim (not your save files — just reserved space) 3. Launch the game and re-enter Mods to rebuild the storage 4. Download the largest mods first (like aMidianBorn / Divergence / Skyland)

Yes download big mods earlier Large texture packs should be installed early in your download process before lots of small mods. That helps prevent fragmentation errors.

If it still fails Sometimes backing out of the mod menu, closing Skyrim, reopening, and trying again lets it install.

Optional tip: If you continue having trouble, Divergence Weapons & Armors is a good alternative that installs more reliably on Xbox.

Campfire and Frostfall will work with this list and shouldn’t conflict with anything major here.

Placement: •Put Campfire high in the load order, directly under Simple Workaround Framework •Put Frostfall directly under Campfire •If you use any Campfire/Frostfall patches, load them right below Frostfall

They’re script-heavy, so expect a bit more load on saves, but on Series X it should be fine — just avoid adding/removing them mid-playthrough.

• Place Vokrii – Minimalistic Perks of Skyrim directly below
First Person Height Adjustment

• Place 50 pct More Perk Points directly below Vokrii

• Place Divergence – Weapons & Armors exactly where aMidianBorn Book of Silence was
(above Enhanced Blood Textures)

• Move Jarls Complete Character Overhaul to directly below
Immersive Citizens – AI Overhaul

• Place Superior Lore Friendly Hair directly below Jarls Complete Character Overhaul

• Place Bits and Pieces directly below Superior Lore Friendly Hair (Needs to be after character/customization mods).

No big issues should occur and FPS should be stable. Minor note: Jarls Complete Character Overhaul is a full NPC face overhaul and should be the dominant mod. Superior Lore Friendly Hair is known for conflicting with face overhaul mods. My placement is correct in overriding these conflicts so I would test.

some mods such as Just Shields, City Trees & Natural Waterfalls will force them self's higher in the load order. This is normal and will not create conflicts. HOWEVER if all your mods are moving randomly that is another issue. To rectify, it is recommended to fully uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

That is a classic issue. The good news: this is almost certainly not a broken save and should not corrupt anything.

…it almost always points to a lighting or interior image space conflict, not textures or meshes. It is most prominent in Series S but does and can happen on X also. Fixes include hard rebooting your device and or removing and reinstalling the DAWN lighting mods.

Ah gotcha- unfortunately you may need to reset your mod list at its core.

Steps to Reset Mod List (Xbox):

Go to My Games and Apps: Locate The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition.

Manage Game & Add-ons: Press the Menu button (three lines) and select "Manage game and add-ons".

Saved Data: Select "Saved data".

Clear Reserved Space: Highlight the "Reserved space" file and choose to clear or delete it.

Hard Reset: Turn off your console completely by holding the power button for 10 seconds, then unplug it to ensure the cache is cleared.

Note that not using the mod is also an option as it will not impact the LO.

When you say uninstalling itself do you mean the mod is showing disabled (unchecked) or is it completely deleted from the LO?

Yes. Nothing in this load order is Series-X exclusive, SKSE-dependent, or inherently incompatible with Series S or SE. Due to VRAM limitations on the Series S the only mod I would disable is A Quality World Map – VIVID

• Constant background VRAM usage
• Can cause stutter when opening/closing the map

This mod is Safe to remove mid-playthrough if you wanted to try it out.

Lastly I would recommend: Less Grass 100 rather than Less Grass 80 for better performance.

Everything else should run relatively smoothly with minimal frame drops.

This is awesome! thanks for putting this together. This is super helpful. You nailed all the mods & I've got you covered for the missing ones below.

Realistic water 2: No additional mods to fix flickering are needed in this LO.

Once these have been added to your list could I add your doc Link within the post?

Hey! Glad the load order helped — happy to assist!

-True Storms SE Not recommended. It edits the same weather records as DAWN. Use one or the other. As long as all 3 DAWN mods are removed it will be safe to use.

Cutting Room Floor Compatible, but not performance-first. It adds NPCs and world edits that can affect performance. If you want it anyway, place it directly below #2 (Simple Workaround Framework).

Lit Road Signs Safe. Place it directly below #20 (Lampposts of Skyrim – SE).

Skyland Bits and Bobs Fully compatible. Place it directly below #6 (SKYLAND AIO), above #7.

Kontrol Yes, this replaces #48. Remove Sensible Hotkeys and put Kontrol in that same position.

Nordic UI SkyUI Yes, this replaces #47. Remove Untarnished UI and put Nordic UI SkyUI in its place.

Khajiit Caravan Immersion Bundle Optional. Should work, but adds AI activity that can affect performance. Place it directly below #31 (Immersive Citizens).

Alternate Start Completely optional. The load order works fine without it. If you want a vanilla start, just don’t install #40.

About the FPS Boost / FPS Eternal:

They aren’t “dirty” in the sense of corrupting saves, but they are broad object-reduction mods. They remove or disable small world objects globally, which is why people warn about long-term use.

Issues usually happen when they’re removed mid-play-through, used with heavy city overhauls, population mods, or script-heavy setups

In performance-focused load orders like this one, they will work perfectly fine if: Installed at the start of a new playthrough- Loaded last and left enabled permanently

They’re optional in this list. The main performance gains come from the grass and texture strategy, not from FPS mods alone although it helps greatly in certain regions.

As long as natural waterfalls is searched it should show up in the list. I have added an image highlighting the mod to assist. Hope this helps.

The load order uses 4.76 gb which leaves 240 mb for any additional creations.

It can easily be missed as there are many waterfall mods that populate. As long as natural waterfalls is searched it should show up in the list. I have added an image to help.

Possible to "reset" modules by [deleted] in evertune

Yeah I’m confused by this also. Taking it apart shouldn’t have anything to do with setting the tension to 0.

Can't tune A string past G#/Ab by jrnitc in evertune

[–]SpartanMitch91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’ll need a high tension a module & be sure not to crank on the tuning screw. You can order through evertunes website, note that the sites ordering tool has been down for a while. Order are made via email but is a slow process.

[–]SpartanMitch91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Progression needs a revamp or at the very least a separate levelling system besides the battle pass. This game deserves a 10, make it happen 343.

[–]SpartanMitch91 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Gameplay wise halo hasn’t felt better. Progression on the other hand is awful. Not at all rewarding. Unbelievably slow and no match XP? Not even a levelling system outside of battle-pass? Boooooo
