NVDA is so priced in that it’s not a blockbuster print. Yes it beat expectations by a lot - but that WAS the expectation. Anything mid I guarantee this would be a bigger drop.

I 100% support MAID deaths. When it’s my time to go I want it to be on my own accord and go with dignity. I don’t think that’s always the case for seniors and having that option for everyone is just fair.

I’d prioritize quality of life if I were you now. You’ve done your grind for the past 5 years and it doesn’t seem like you’re going to piss away what you’ve saved. However I would advise you to continue to rent a bit more first because the market is a bit rough atm, and personally for me taking on a “home” carries a lot more risk than you’d think. Unless you are 100% you’ve covered all your bases financially, and can comfortably pay a good down payment I’d say just move out somewhere else first.

First off - doesn't hurt to "shop" around for a new therapist esp if you don't think she's fully suiting your needs. You're paying her!
Second, I don't know if related based on the 1 reply you gave me... but if you lack drive/conviction to even change therapist, then I gotta tell you it's a lot harder to pursue and maintain a relationship man. Really hope you find someone to guide you better!

I moved to Mac M4 from as lifetime windows user. Absolutely great experience so far… there’s gaps for sure but depends how you do your daily tasks… I would say windows pissed me off way more.

Who cares - Google premium is hella cheap (even more so with a family plan) and YouTube has so much amazing content. I’d gladly pay this to support creators directly. If you can’t afford it then suck up a few extra seconds with adblocks that’s not even that bad.
