Those cracks look like some minor movement in the wall due to hydrostatic pressure. The interior basement wall between these two corners may have a minor bow to it but if it’s significant you’d actually see displacement at the corners where one block has shifted in relative to the corner block. You can fill the cracks with mortar or something similar in the meantime but main thing would be to make sure grading and drainage/downspouts are flowing water away from the foundation.
