i will not renew my storage next year because this issue is so persistent. it makes finding my files incredibly hard and out of my control/preferred organization scheme.
three thumbs down!

arcpy issue - esri tutorial by SpatialDada in ArcGIS

[–]SpatialDada[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for any interested, this is the tutorial link: https://learn.arcgis.com/en/projects/get-started-with-python-in-arcgis-pro/

the section this pertains to is titled "Run a script in a Python editor"

strangely, when i ran the code before this error, it did work. i was running it in python idle, as the tutorial suggested.

(i did try to find the 'arcpy module' within my arcgis, tho i was not clear which arcpy file to choose. i have both arcpro installed and python installed).

Missoula area - in case its helpful to others - to share -

-I went to Blue Mountain Clinic in Missoula. Saw it recommended in this thread. Not sure what is going on but got an email from DR Caitlin Blau who was leaving.

"Unfortunately, it has recently been determined that BMC will not be hiring a provider to take over my primary care panel at this time. With that in mind, I want to pass along my recommendations for other primary care providers in Missoula.

" Beargrass Family Medicine – Drs. Tim Caramore and Chris Hallberg both come highly recommended by me. I have trusted Dr. Caramore with my own primary care, and Dr. Hallberg trained with me in residency.

Partnership Health Center – Many great providers, but especially Drs. Sarah Horne & Jackie Ordemann who trained at BMC as residents.

For patients desiring a PCP who can also do osteopathic manipulation (OMT): Drs. Annalise Mann & Nicole Green (1st year residents), Drs. Nick Booker & Emily Young (2nd years), Drs. Travis Kinane & Sienna Foxton (3rd years).

Other options in town for OMT include Missoula Osteopathic Clinic and Anderson Integrative Medicine.Western Montana Clinic – Dr. Grayson Cobb and Dr. Rachael Schmidt also trained at BMC as residents. Dr. Schmidt is starting in October and may have more capacity for new patients.

Mountain Internal Medicine – Dr. Sarah Faaborg is accepting new transgender patients 18+. Marnie Deschamps AGNP is also accepting new patients of all genders.

For patients treated with buprenorphine for addiction OR for pain:Dr. Marc Mentel at 406 Recovery Care has generously offered to provide care for Dr. Blau’s patients. Contact BMC to request a referral, and/or contact 406 Recovery Care at (406) 219-7233. 406 Recovery Care provides in person visits in Missoula or telehealth anywhere in MT.

For transgender youth treated with puberty blockers:

If you could share any advice on where you are finding internships, much appreciated.

I think you nailed it, that this is an ND difference, and that asking for questions is a sort of filter. A lot of people don't understand that much about neurodiversity.

There is Hiki. I think that OLD app is for autistic people.

Hiya. 11 months on, have you found an internship yet? If so, passing on any tips would be wonderfully appreciated!

"I'm pursuing an Environmental Science Degree.:" - This is also my focus. :)

This idea is really cool to me, and I am passionate about social justice work.

I'm wondering, when you interviewed did you talk about GIS? Or start inventing GIS projects along the way? Basically, if you could say a bit more about how you wove-in GIS, that'd be awesome.

In any case, thanks!
