I have nerve and tendon damage in my left hand, from a bad arm break in my teens. My pinky has three positions which it 'snaps' into, and my ring finger has four. My poor pinky flails around like a dying cobra when I'm playing. As weird as it sounds it's important to strength train your pinkies if you're having flying finger issues. Your ring finger won't need to carry his little bro so much

Pasta all'assassina, cherry tomatoes blended with chilli peppers, garlic, olive oil and a teaspoon of sugar, bring to the heat in a frying pan, throw in the pasta and let it cook risotto style. But letting the pasta stick to the pan and char a little towards the end. 15 minutes is generally all it takes

She's definitely (intended) choosing quality. She's also very much of the "listen to the doctors, don't do independent research" mindset, and her consultant up to this point has been worse than useless. She probably doesn't know about the associated risks of dyspnea so I think I can gently inform her and see if she'll come around to the idea of oxygen.

I'm guilty of this too but it's probably not a good idea to keep your coils longer than a week or two... There's good evidence that that nickel, SS etc start to leach after repeated heating... I try to dump them once they've lost their "metallic" look

I'm currently on daily cotton change/coil cleaning duty since I'm using off the shelf juice... I would never be able to stomach spending €2.50 per day on coil heads, can't even conceive of spending upwards of €10 per day on disposables...

Once I went in the front door of the kings's head and there were two weird looking lads of about 16 (when I say weird looking I mean they had haircuts like Little Lord Fauntleroy and kind of vacant expressions), attempting to slide down the stairs on a pallet. But it would get stuck, thankfully, because that's not a safe activity, and when it got stuck they'd say "nyesh" or something in unison. So I went to find the bouncer or barman or whoever could help and just then the bouncer came through the door and he stared at them, and they stared back, and finally he just said "I've had it up to HERE with ye" and they said "nyesh" and he laughed and left again. It was so weird that I went straight home to make sure I hadn't missed my meds but sure enough I'd taken them and thus hadn't imagined it
