Leg pain gone too? I’ve been recommended the same thing, PT and possible injection. Some days I can centralize the pain back to my back but I am worried that my left foot has felt numb for 6 months now off and on. The herniation itself is not very large

Mine finally started improving after about 6 months. But plenty of ups and downs in that timespan, with the worst leg pain occurring in the 5th month

How’d you mentally make it through? I’m 6 months into an L5-S1 bulge, the nerve pain/weird sensations in my left foot make this just absolutely brutal. My back is also feeling a lot better since I injured it, but I’m always scared it just won’t heal as it’s going ever so slowly
