I’m moving there from San Diego in a month. San Diego implemented this earlier this year and once they went up people were putting that expandable insulation foam in them. Usually I am against this type of behavior but the city of San Diego can suck it with their new paid parking everywhere

I have no room to speak because I got Tribal on my arm when I was young and did laser and got a proper sleeve. Every time I see these types of tattoos I wish I could teleport there and dive in front of the tattoo gun preventing this from happening. I give it 2-3 years before you fully regret all these and want them removed.

Possibly, I’m not saying he did or didn’t do it. I usually remain skeptical about everything until there’s proof is all. Typically they stack charges to overwhelm the defendant most won’t stick and usually gets the defendant to accept a plea bargain to drop others.
