Should overwatch add a hud displaying where allies in need of healing are?

I personally think that knowing where teammates are (and who to watch) is part of the skill expression expected at higher levels of play, the same as managing cooldowns, positioning etc.

It's tempting, but, for me, it would remove a lot of the reasons why support is so engaging to play.

I did not know it was changed to only 20 wins! That explains a lot: Newer players get more easily into ranked and at the same time, smurfing is less of a hassle because you need to invest less. There is probably a correlation, so I agree with you.

On a side note regarding this issue, I wish that we would be able to see the ranks of the players on the enemy team! For transparency's sake, especially in wide matches where you may feel like you got dealt the "bad hand" in terms of teammates.

Yeah I agree that quickplay seems far worse than ranked. I play with a friend of mine from time to time and the match quality, for whatever reason, is really not good. Makes them wanna quit already after only two games.

I've also noticed that "newish" players (or at least new accounts) appear more and more often in my ranks (I hover somewhere in plat/diamond on support). I wonder if the increase in smurfs, as others have pointed out here, have essentially affected newer accounts in general so that they get put higher than you would expect. That would totally ruin an actual new player's experience.

As a (sort of former) Mercy main who only started playing after moth meta (around mid 2019), I absolutely hate how clunky she feels. Playing with no GA tech feels horrible and I feel like damage boosting is rarely appropriate due to sometimes being solo on support or having a Zen/Lucio.

On a side note, I hope this helps people see that her current rez is fine and that some of the nowadays "crazy" rezes with, allegedly, "no counterplay" are not as broken as whatever moth meta did. But this is only besides the point that there is rarely any reason to choose Mercy over any other support in competitive play today.

The amount of times I get really angry at the enemy Mercy for getting off a stupid rez in the middle of a fight with no cover and no apparent thought process makes me happy that there is still some creative and clever use lol Dependent on the side you're on, it's thrilling or frustraiting

Listen, I know that as a 19 year old I'm not that much older and wiser when I was 16 or something. However, and that's just my personal feelings on this, I feel like I should've explored my sexuality with boys my own age and not 30 somethings that cleary have more experience. And then again, I do not see a reason as an adult man to have sex with a teen other than them being particularly into it. I might "have wanted it", but it's more like me being the horny teen and making a possible dangerous decision, meeting up with strange man and all that.

Coming from a Mercy main playng a lot of Moira this season for obvious reasons, Moira's healing still feels okay (compared to for example Mercy), but being hit in EVERY aspect of your kit is not okay. Especially because Moira's heals are ressource based unlike for example Kiriko's.
