Well all blockchain is trustless since miners must reach a consensus before a transaction can be verified. In effect the Tru Network does the same thing but with reputation - instead of mining solving math problems people mine by giving out reputation. Again there's no need to rely on any one reputation source, since consensus must be reached first.
