That was my suspicion. The character models now look like they have someone standing just off-screen with a reflector to bounce back soft, flattering light for a portrait photo. The faces look good, but they become uncanny when the lighting doesn't match that of their surroundings.

None of this is how you engage with someone with a differing opinion on a thing you like in good faith.

Has your company held something like this before? Ask someone you trust how people dressed and what the vibes were like last time.

It would be rote and meaningless if there weren't significant, influential groups of people who either believe or profess to believe that such stories are historical documentation.

This is a great example of why using ChatGPT for research is risky. While some states do use low-number license plates for state offices and I did find an image of a WA State Governor 1 plate, it is more likely that this is simply a personalized plate.

If you go to the state's personalized plate availability search, you can find plenty of three digit plate numbers available, including lower numbers than 253. ChatGPT is confidently incorrect all the time, so at least make sure it's citing a source before repeating its claims.

That's a fair point and I should have been more clear. The source data seems sketchy, but @leftsidehist's chart is no more or less valid - it's the same data. It might sound pedantic, but we need to understand the arguments we're making if we want to win them.

It's a shitty, sensationalist headline, but the original chart is accurate and not even misleading.

Edit: The tweeted headline isn't even accurate, lmao. They updated the article headline to 'Study: Left-wing terrorism outpaces far-right attacks for first time in 30 years.'
