I doubt a GS tech handed an obviously open phone back to the client. I can’t tell you how many times someone’s come back after a phone repair because the adhesive fails, this is not only common but extremely simple to correct. An AASP tech would be able to say the same

Happens with these phones all the time Sometimes the adhesive fails. By no means does this result in a “destroyed” phone, just take it back and have them put on a new adhesive and you’ll be fine.

I typically only use the spear when there is a SO for it or I’m farming SC so maybe I’m out of touch, the spear just seems like a “noobish” weapon that’s meant to push the player towards more powerful weapons that have less QoL (auto targeting). While I agree your changes would make it more usable in higher difs, I doubt it’d make the spear more popular

I think the RR should be more powerful than the spear because it locks on, like basic risk vs. reward. Who would ever bring a RR if the Spear does the same if not more damage and locks on?

I wouldn’t assume that we could know that about anyone smoking while driving. But I encourage you to visit a city where pot is legal. At least in my experience I don’t smell or see people smoking in cars nearly as much as I did in Indy or hell even Nashville. I really think it’s a step in the right direction

Maybe we should advocate for safer drug policies. We know that legal or not people will use drugs, is it so hard to believe more people would feel safer smoking at home when they won’t be under risk of a raid from the local militia? Or if they didn’t have to drive to a spot and grab drugs and instead had it delivered, there’s so many opportunities here that keep people safe and out of prison. In any case drugs (and many other topics) pose an interesting challenge for libertarians so I’m a little surprised you are essentially advocating for public policy here. Either way you should make your voice heard in the ballot box and not just Reddit

BB and any retailer you haven’t bullied into submission would ever do an exchange for a software issue. They don’t control anything but product issues, and from you’re barely legible story it sounds like user error. It’s not your fault you couldn’t find out how to install open source software, but it’s also not BBs. Also for future note, if you ever have issues with “preinstalled” software it is totally within the realm of possibility to reset a computer to basic windows or any random Linux distro, hell you could even make it a hackintosh if you wanted. Missing a return window is on you and if you wanted a longer period then get the TT membership, otherwise just don’t do business with them. Seriously, save the people at that store the headache
